  • Receives customers complaints and provide them with correct,transparent and relevant information
  • Involved in Agrofest 2020 for 3 days which was mainly for 'Program Bertemu Pelanggan' at Arena Square, Sitiawan. 
  • Meeting and engaging with customers directly for tax collection
