Organisation & Prioritization
Assist with the planning, organisation, coordination and
management of all training events, including preparation of room arrangements, course material etc.
Sourcing and ordering stationary and office equipment.
Handling admin duties and be the point of contact among L&D
personnel accross 3 sites and for other stakeholder across.
Send training notification/confirmation email to participants for internal, external and soft skillprogram.
Monitoring and sending reports (weekly, monthly and quarterly) on all the ongoing trainingprograms.
Liaise and communicate with wide rage of experts, trainers and other departments.
Prepare feedback/ evaluation templates, tabulate results, do
initial analysis and recommend improvement whenneeded.
