A self-motivated student who deep interest in attaining an engaging position in the field of Human Resource Management. In this role, I need to assist seniors and supervisor in the preparation of induction for new employees, calculation of Annual Leave Balance Payable and prepare letters of show cause, warnings, Breach of Contract, and documents such as Employee Exit Interview, Employee Medical Claim, BE Form and CP21 Form. Data entry and record keeping, sorting and filing various documents were also carried out throughout this role. In addition, as an intern under talent engagement team, I need to propose engagement events and fun floor games to be held for employees, design poster and communicate to employee regarding promotion, events and other related activities.
