Personal Summary

I have 12 years previous and current experience as a Document Controller in Oil and Gas Upstream and Downstream, Admin Executive and Technical Assistant in an office environment which is assisting in maintaining department records (competency), develop and maintain a filing system soft copy and hard copy (EDMS), supporting department manager, issuing and recording Purchase Order, Delivery Order and Invoice for the department using an electronic system, submit customer satisfaction survey monkey to the client and follow up the feedback, book travel arrangement, answer and direct phone call and replying on emails, received, issued update master file, and keeping all the project related documentations i.e drawings, datasheets, and specifications and distribute all the technical documents issued by the Contractor to all relevant Engineers and Head of Department.
