IK Academy is a services company. Our products are training, consultancy and conference.
As a sales & marketing personnel, my daily task and also my target are to call to all of company in Malaysia to find clients to do research and to study about our client' company services and products. From that research, I will call them and introduce about our company and services, I have to ask client about their Training Needs and Analysis (TNA) and I will discuss further and proposed our training program. They can choose either to conduct training as an In House Training or invite them to attend our Public Training that will held in Hotel.
My role is to educate client about the important of continuity of learning not only for their own benefit but also for the growth of their company and business by attending our training based on their job task and to enhance and improve of their current skills and new skills.
After they attended the training, I have to build a rapport with each of my clients and follow up with them about the feedback of trainings that they attended. This is to maintain the client - sales staff relationship and also to make sure a good quality of our Trainer and training for future reference of good business.
I also have to keep them updated for our next training in future for all of our technical and soft skills management training.
Also, not to forget that if any issues and problems occur, as a consultant and a front-liner, I have to settle all those issues at instant need to make sure it has been resolved professionally by putting my best efforts and problems solving skills to make sure all the SLA has achieved.
