• Manage day to day activities of client servicing and reporting

• Liaise with Happy Fresh marketing team to work on the monthly e- commerce campaign and monitor the total
sales generated from their platform.
• Align media advertising strategy with the agency to reach the target audience.
• Design, create, and deliver digital marketing programs to support expansion and growth of the company
services and products.
• Liaise with Marketing, Sales and Product development teams to ensure brand consistency.
Working with the client and the account team to understand the client's business objectives and advertising
• Liaising with the creative agency team, clients and consumers to develop media strategies and campaigns.
• Making decisions on the best form of media for specific clients and campaigns.
• Undertaking research and analysing data using specialist industry resources.
• Identifying target audiences and analysing their characteristics, behaviour and media habits presenting proposals,
including cost schedules, to clients.
• Provides campaign effectiveness reports to clients, and recommends optimizations when appropriate to improve
• Handle the relationship with the online media partner and monitor their online advertising earnings.
