I have 12 years previous and current experience as a Document Controller in Oil and Gas Upstream and Downstream, Admin Executive and Technical Assistant in an office environment which is assisting in maintaining department records (competency), develop and maintain a filing system soft copy and hard copy, supporting department manager, issuing and recording Purchase Order, Delivery Order and Invoice for the department using an electronic system, submit customer satisfaction survey monkey to the client and follow up the feedback, book travel arrangement, answer and direct phone call and replying on emails, received, issued update master file, and keeping all the project related documentations i.e drawings, datasheets, and specifications and distribute all the technical documents issued by the Contractor to all relevant Engineers and Head of Department.
Responsible to receives, tracks, and monitors documents using standard document management programs to register documents, maintain databases, and produce logs, transmittals, and other reports as required. Enters data and produces reports using other standard office or department-specific computer applications. Initiates and replies to routine correspondence related to the area of responsibility.
Responsible for the received Daily Man-Hours Report and Weekly Accommodation Report from Package Contractor and data from Project Management (Staff Mob and Demob planning for iU&I Staff, Time Sheet Submission, Missing Man-hours). Provide accomplishment reports on a daily and weekly basis on the work done including areas of concern and issues for Project management review.
