Started with several part time jobs in F&B as well in retail, gained lots of knowledge in terms of dealing
with people, common courtesy, critical thinking etc. Hungry for more new experience and decided to
see what the outside world have to offer.

headquarter is in Malaysia, with regional offices in Singapore, Thailand, Hong Kong, Philipines and Vietnam. Their publication is consisting of SME Magazine, HR Asia Magazine, and Capital Asia Magazine.
BMI also organizes events such as exhibition and conference management.

Started of as a Project Executive, my 1st project was SME100 Awards (Singapore Chapter) which is an
annual recognition program to identify the fastest-moving companies in Singapore, then on the same
year moved on to SME100 Awards (Malaysia Chapter).

Promoted to Senior Project Executive in less than 2 years in May 2017 for showing enthusiasm,
eagerness to learn and initiative to step-up during period when the Project Manager was not able to handle the team and paperwork.

Promoted to Team Lead (Senior Project Executive) in February 2019, was tasked to opening a new
market in Indonesia for SME100 Awards Program, in which my daily task consists of:
