Manages farms, ranches, greenhouses, nurseries, and other
agricultural production organizations. Also involved in planting,
cultivating, performing post-harvest duties, overseeing livestock, and
supervising farm labor depending on the type of farm. Harvest and inspect crops by hand. Irrigate farm soil and maintain ditches or pipes and pumps. Operate and service farm machinery.

• Carries out installation, maintenance and repair of the Air
  Conditioning, VRF System, Chillers and other cooling systems on
  board includes reviewing blueprints, testing systems for proper
  functioning, performing emergency repairs, maintaining tools,
  ordering supplies, and making routine adjustments to maximize
  operational efficiency.
  Oversee day to day operations of the facility
  Provide for site safety and security; devise and implement site policies and procedures
  Conduct regular inspections and maintenance of systems and
  equipment
  Supervise and evaluate staff; complete employee reviews; keep
  accurate records of employee attendance and timesheets; provide
  positive direction to motivate quality performance; discipline
  personnel when necessary and appropriate
  Set project goals and oversee projects to completion; schedule and track assignments,
  Handle sensitive information with confidentiality.
