• Sourcing & liaise with supplier for raw material, manufacturing process outsources and manufacturing technology (CNC Grinding Machine).

Key Achievements:
Managed to complete the cyclone separator (ProEight design) and piping routing project for Petronas Carigali's Baronia Field ahead of schedule. Involved in hydrostatic test for leakage detection on piping and flange connections and also professionally conduct the Non-Destructive Testing - Dye Penetration for welding areas to detect for leakage or cracks. I am also involved in quality assurance in terms of measurements check. During deliveries, I am involved in piping structure arrangement (Plan 31 API 682) for ease of assembly by technicians on the field. I am also involved in Petronas Research Sdn Bhd's Sand Technology Pilot Implementation Project at Baram field which I was assigned in designing the insert for vortex finder. I am also in charge in writing and developing technical proposal for o-ring material change for Pump P-1411 (Dry Vacuum Pump) for client Kaneka (Malaysia) Sdn Bhd. I am again being given trust by superior to write site technical queries for Malaysia LNG Sdn Bhd titled material comparison study of duplex family 2205 (UNS S31803 and UNS S32205) for cyclone separator (ProEight design) materials to be manufactured.

Plant & Process Engineer (Maintenance)

• Monitor & provide guideline for electrical & mechanical breakdown maintenance and preventive
maintenance (through checklist).
• Construct cost table/budget to apply for Capital Expenditure (CAPEX) for electronic & mechanical tooling items and other workshop items for new engineering workshop and liaise with purchasing department on the quotations.
• Propose, plan & construct trial run for continuous improvement project (kaizen) for all areas inside Hartalega NGC premise.
• Lead team and plan for preventive and annual maintenance execution work and complete on time.
• Assist project team in commissioning of new production plant.

Key Achievements:
Managed to implement Third Float-less Switch Project at latex's chilled water overflow area which contributed to zero faulty alarm. Also managed a trial run for tank size reduction project at hot water and rinse 4 tank areas which are expected to reduce stain before coagulant and reduce cost for open loop boiler water usage. Furthermore, I am involved in Capital Expenditure (CAPEX) budget sorting for mechanical & electronic tools and other workshop items. Managed to cut total cost on tooling items by RM40k compared to previous workshop setup cost without affecting maintenance duty efficiency.
