To coordinate and deliver successful results on all assigned move projects.
Primary Duties and Responsibilities: -
* Required to carry out pre-move surveys, calculate and cost the move process, often working towards clients /company budgets
and limitations.
* Work closely with clients and responsible on client' satisfaction
on each assigned move.
* Responsible for direct interaction with clients regarding move
requirements.
*Set up the complete export file and records keeping, in in-house system.
* To provide coordination with operations, forwarders and overseas partners efficiently to ensure that clients goods can be exported and arrived as schedule with client.
*Internal coordination's: Advise clients the import procedures and confirm with client documents required for import customs clearance. Arrange delivery as per schedule and give instructions to operation including those documents to be signed by clients on the delivery day. Coordinate with supervisor if there is any issue happens during delivery. Ensure all the delivery documents from Supervisors received according to our work procedures. Send delivery report to booking agent / origin agent within 48hrs after delivery.
* Liaise with Contractor, Custom officer and Forwarders time to time.
* Monitoring: daily and frequently all the shipments (3PL shipment, milestones, completion and vessel tracking)
* Monitor any delays and deliveries or events using internal and external applications.
* Alerting customer on daily basis on the shipment movement
* Ensure and Coordinate with Logistic and shipping companies for delivery and receiving shipments as per target time and ensuring all the required documents are well prepared and available in advance.
*Coordinate with agent: Receive pre-alert from oversea agent. Confirm best port of entry and consignment details, destination services charges with booking agent. Confirm shipping schedule
With agent and actual arrival date with shipping line. Arrange fumigation, crating, 3rd party services if needed.
*Arrange Customs Clearance with our forwarders and keep booking agent posted with shipment status. If any extra charges, seek approval before proceeding.
*Issue invoices to overseas agent and our account clients/Customers.
