Personal Summary
I am Natasha Najla Binti Mohd Noor holder of a master degree in Master of Business Economics from Universiti Teknologi Mara (UiTM).. Briefly, I have one year working experience in teaching at University Teknologi Mara (UiTM). During this time, I have gained and developed solid learning and teaching skills including face to face and online teaching materials and classroom implementation.
Highly self-motivated person and good commitment in team player. Smart in giving idea with strong analytical and problem solving skills. Hardworking individual looking for responsible position to gain practical experience and making significant contribution to the success of the company.
Work Experience
•Teaching for degree at UiTM in Economic subjects; Introduction to economics, microeconomics and intermediate macroeconomics.
• Deliver lectures according to the syllabus set by the faculty.
• Checking and assessing students' work.
• Prepare a test question paper and check the relevant answers.
• Prepare student's attendance and performance report.
• Writing papers, proposals and journal articles.
•Teaching secondary students subjects; Mathematics, Economy
•Ensure customer database is updated in timely manner and protected at all times through constant monitoring.
•Liaise and communicate with dealer internal staff/management to ensure prompt and effective reply of Dealer
Service Level Agreement (DSLA) through CRM System.
•Handle customer's service appointment.
•Handle customer's concern, analyse root cause and take improvement activities.
•Continuously strive to develop and maintain good rapport with customer and strive towards achieving high
customer satisfaction.
