in HSSE, 5 years' experience in Food & Beverages (F&B) industry; 2.5 years of handling,

Description of role and responsibility:
Supporting on matters of Health, Safety, Security and Environment (HSSE).
Prepare, plan and execute the HSE programmes (e.g. Mega Toolbox Talk, PPE campaign, Housekeeping League)
Prepare the paperwork for the new contract for HSE facilities (e.g. Rapid Intervention Vehicles - RIV for the whole PRefChem).
Prepare the paperwork for the Excluded Purchase (EP) - to request additional
rewards for HSE program's winner (e.g. Petchem Housekeeping League)
Represent the Petchem Operation Safety as directed, attending meetings and prepare presentation packs for Petchem Steering Committee Meeting and four
Petchem Plants Committee Meetings.
Scriber for Monthly HSE Steering Committee, Petchem HSE Focal Person and PRefChem Critical Lifting Committee Meeting.
Conduct analysis for Tier-1 Audit and Unsafe Action & Unsafe Condition (UAUC)
conducted at Petchem Plants for management review.
Assisting in HSSE Department Budget Planning FY2021-2025.
Prepare PRefChem HSE Procedure Deviation Procedure.
Facilitate in contractor's management, engagement and relations related to HSE
(Tier 1, 2 Audit Checklist, HSE Programmes, Toolbox Talk and HSE plan).
To assist in Petchem Contractors' Management.
Follow instructions from Senior Manager Operation Safety (Petrochemical), in terms of liaison with external parties/authorities related to the HSE operational matters.
Description of role and responsibility:
Facilitate the implementation of HSE programs for safe camp operations (which include catering, services, maintenance and hospitality), and fulfilling all applicable legal, contractual and client requirement.
Conduct site, Quality, Health, Safety and Environment inspections.
Conduct site-based toolbox talk and accident investigations.
Provide advice and direction on matters of QHSE.
Prepare and review the QHSE management system for continuous improvement.
Represent the QHSE department as directed, prepare reports and action plans.
Facilitate in HSE assurance system, to ensure the site complies to the applicable legal,
contractual and client, (which includes site inspections, system and documentation audits)
followed by issuing out recommendations for site HSE improvements.
Ensure and maintaining the statutory and contractual HSE reporting as per stipulated schedule.
Plan, develop, and giving required HSE training program (i.e. HSE Induction; Internal First-Aid
Refresher Training; Manual Handling Training).
