Engaging with End Users and/or Business Partners to architect and propose appropriate solutions within CTM’s solutions portfolio
Perform requirement studies, understanding all integration points and provide end-to-end solutions and services to match these requirements
Conducting technical workshops, joint business discussions, presentations, demos and proof of concepts with partners and end-users.
Engaged into implementation or managed service projects as a technical engineer to ensure projects are being implemented or supported effectively
Work with Product Managers to prepare technical development plans and strategy, and to manage its overall execution.
Perform related activities to achieve assigned KPIs and business objectives.
Work as a team with all divisions and partners to ensure projects and opportunities are being managed and executed smoothly towards closure and delivery.
