We're seeking Fresh Graduates who are interested to drive growth by discovering new market opportunities. You will be tasked with generating leads, promoting our products to relevant industries, and setting your own monthly sales goals. Maintaining regular communication with clients and offering solutions will be key responsibilities. Your role will involve implementing a sales strategy tailored to target markets, always upholding professional ethics and a positive attitude towards customers. · Deploy enterprise/campus network service at customer premise according to design document inclusive but not limited to Core Switch, Aggregation Switch, Access Switch, Firewall, Router, Wireless AP, Wireless Controller, Network Access Control using 802.1x etc. · Prepare UAT document and conduct UAT · Prepare As-built document upon completion of project · Maintaining and administering client network equipments. · Create and Update ticketing system · Providing technical support to customers through remote and on-site trouble-shooting on network products. · Support equipment health check service for software and hardware inspection if required by maintenance or professional service team. · Work out of office hours if needed.

Establishes relationships with the client's Information Technology (IT) and business unit executives as a trusted advisor who will understand their issues, needs, and requirements. Manages the client's IT and business satisfaction in the delivery of IT services and ensures profit objectives are met. May lead business development teams in identifying new business opportunities and managing the sales cycle from start to finish, particularly in growing the existing business in the account. Engage with principal, partners, and suppliers, in the sales activities on IT services of the Company. Ensure sales targets are achieved and maintain good customer rapport. Monitor market conditions and recommend pricing and market strategy Investigate customers' complaints on quality, delivery, service, etc and recommend corrective measures. Present, negotiate and prepare contracts & quotations, etc Follow up on maintenance sales activities after warranty.

1. Plan and execute software including front-end and back-end according to business processes. 2. Design and build enterprise-grade APIs with industry best practices. 3. Create and plan database structure and schema to suit project requirements. 4. Able to establish highly scalable and performant software applications with optimized  resources. 5. Able to work independently with minimal supervision. 6. Collaborate with other divisions to ensure the applications is well built and tested. 7. Any other relevant ad hoc tasks that assigned.

·        Functional specification and related documentations. ·        Create detailed business analysis, outlining problems, opportunities, and solutions for a business. ·        Planning and monitoring for agile activities. ·        Defining business requirements and reporting them back to stakeholders. ·        Manage timely update on work status to Stakeholders and Client.

Engaging with End Users and/or Business Partners to architect and propose appropriate solutions within CTM’s solutions portfolio Perform requirement studies, understanding all integration points and provide end-to-end solutions and services to match these requirements Conducting technical workshops, joint business discussions, presentations, demos and proof of concepts with partners and end-users. Engaged into implementation or managed service projects as a technical engineer to ensure projects are being implemented or supported effectively Work with Product Managers to prepare technical development plans and strategy, and to manage its overall execution. Perform related activities to achieve assigned KPIs and business objectives. Work as a team with all divisions and partners to ensure projects and opportunities are being managed and executed smoothly towards closure and delivery.
