Responsibility:
. Performs routine clerical duties including data entry
. Maintain & update inventory Records
. Coordinate with Sales Department & provide inventory support at all time
. Sales Inquiry Person In-charge
. Daily Stock Balance report to Production
. Handling of Legrand’s Defective Product Claim (By Monthly basis)
. Stationery request (Every Friday)
. Perform other job related duties as assigned
Authority:
. Material Stock In / Out, GRN, GRI, Stock Transferring, Eta & Etd up-date
. Purchase Requisition Issuing
. Issue Complaint Form or Vendor Claim Form for non-conformance goods
