Company Secretarial Assistant •  Assist in handling all aspects of corporate secretarial services for private listed and foreign companies which includes ensuring proper maintenance of statutory records, due submission of  statutory returns and compliance of statutory requirements under the Companies Act, 2016, preparation of circular resolutions, minutes and statutory documents •   To provide support in secretarial compliance works and secretarial duties and functions and such internal group procedures and regulations from time to time •    Ensure proper maintenance of all secretarial documents
