Job Description

• To assist the team in terms of running the day-to-day operations. This includes acquisition & on-boarding processes for merchants/partnerships.

• To be given the opportunity to liaise with merchants and partners to support with commercial negotiations, commercial discussions or campaign sales.

• To assist in project administration work, including research, taking meeting notes and managing follow up emails/calls.

• To provide operational support across different departments to meet merchant specific needs. For example - reporting, campaign executions, etc.

Job Requirements

  • Pursuing studies related to a Diploma or Bachelor’s Degree in Business Studies/Administration/Management, Marketing, Public Relations or equivalent.
  • Adaptable to changes in instructions and ability to priorities based on supervisor guide.
  • Eye for details and possessing excellent communication skills.
  • Proficient in MS Office (Word Excel and PowerPoint)
  • Required to be able to fluently speak and write in English as we deal with both local and international partners.
  • Able to complete a 3-4 month internship period to start mid February
