Job Description

Currently we are looking for Fresh Graduates who can support Sales team in calling the prospective companies, explain our products and services and fix demos appointment.

The career path for graduates is to learn and become a Sales Specialist and is responsible for prospecting, qualifying and generating new sales leads to support the business development initiatives.

The individual should be a highly motivated, self-starter able to identify and develop new business prospects from multiple sources including inbound marketing leads, prospect lists, discovery and individual research. A dynamic personality with a drive to reach decision makers is essential!

 Prefer to have a good communication skill supported by strong business acumen and IT sales experience who can create new opportunities for Enterprise Application (ERP, CRM, BI, EDMS) sales by making cold and warm calls.  

Job Requirements

Role: As a Lead Generation specialist you would be a critical & strategic player in the early stages of the sales cycle. Your responsibilities would be as follows:

  • Work with the Sales Manager as their prospecting resource focused on uncovering new Enterprise Application opportunities in your territory. You would have the responsibility of demand generation in your assigned territory.
  • You would be prospecting over the phone, over the web or by email. Cold calling would be integral part of your job profile. You would be making calls into C-level & VP level executives.
  • You would be a consultant who should quickly build rapport with high-level executives to determine their business issues & suggest solutions.
  • You would need to identify customer needs and viable projects / customers. You would need to verify the potential of the business opportunities in terms of timeframe, budget and solution requirements.
  • You may be required to present & articulate advanced product features, benefits, future product direction
  • You would be required to meet your pipeline quota
  • You would be required to keep adding value to sales team by doing business development activities on your pipeline at various stages of the sales cycle as required by your field.
