-To monitor daily / weekly / monthly delivery requirement from the customers.
-Order calculation / obtain order from customers on monthly basis.
-To monitor inventory at an optimum level.
-Negotiation with customers and suppliers in terms of price, delivery schedule, etc.
-To prepare and work out quotation follow the standard scheme.
-Maintain business relationship with customers.
-Support quality issue from customer together with Quality Control team.
-Support ad hoc request from customers and Management.
-Min Degree in Business / Supply Chain Management.
-At least 1 year experience in supply chain or automotive industry
-Able to communicate in Bahasa Malaysia, English and Mandarin
-Possess a car and valid driving license.
-Basic skills in MS Word and MS Excel
-Able to write in proper English
-Good in Mathematics, analytical skills, soft skills and presentation skills
-Candidate who is able to start work immediately will be an advantage
