Job Description



  • Assist the product platform manager in the product development and customization of CSE telematics platform of products for commercial use.


  • To work in all aspects of the product conceptualization to final product readiness and market launch including testing, homologation & approvals and product validation.


  • To ensure that all CSE relevant department including system managers, sales personnel, technical support, SOC staff and other relevant departments are fully trained on CSE Telematics platform of products.


  • Co-ordination of internal processes and departments to ensure that the customer needs are met


  • Development of relevant system managers through training


  • Ensure that sufficient competitive information from the market is collected and used for business strategy and improvement

Job Requirements



  • Degree / Diploma (fresh graduate or with 1-2 years’ experience)
  • Computer literate
  • Language: Mandarin is a required to service China Market.
  • Proactive and strong initiative to get tasks done
  • Organized, meticulous, responsible, quick to learn and motivated
  • Good attitude and communication skills
  • Proactive and strong initiative to get tasks done
  • Added advantage if had the following experience:
  1. Telematics industry with s/w & h/w design and development
  2. project coordination/management
  3. product documentation & product UAT testing
  4. system integration works
  5. pre-sales and post-sales technical support
  6. support experience on IT hardware / software / product
  7. software / firmware update testing & deployment
  8. product training & demo
  9. product / fault assessment with recommended solution(s)


  • Willing to work outside working hours/day when needed
