To ensure all partner and distribution registration, credit and payment terms are up to date and active every month. Keep track of the Key Account Manager project if there is a need to increase credit facilities with the distributor.
To request and process an increase of credit/bank term loan (as and when needed) from the Head of Operation in preparation for project delivery
Request quotation from Principal/ Distributor/ Supplier. Make a comparison table from 3 suppliers; in addition, negotiate the best payment terms and delivery commitment.
Consolidate and fill up the Internal quotation table against the Bill of Material (BOM) from technical for tender submission
Prepare tender submission Schedule of Pricing with Key Account Manager
Prepare Internal Winning Bid for management approval together with Key Account Manager
Build a good LinkedIn Page and have three posts a week for related IPSB products and services
Preparing weekly and monthly reports on the Sales Tracker
Diploma/ Bachelor Degree at any field
Establish contact, build partnerships, and distributor relationships, strategic planning, and execute a winning strategy with a partner and distributor.
Report an accurate sales forecast
Tender and procurement management to achieve winning bid and company target
