·        Create detailed business analysis, outlining problems, opportunities, and solutions for a business.

·        Planning and monitoring for agile activities.

·        Defining business requirements and reporting them back to stakeholders.

·        Manage timely update on work status to Stakeholders and Client.

·        Strong communication/interpersonal skills.

·        Advantage with work experiences in FinTech / Insure Tech.

·        Good analytical and problem-solving skills.

·        Experiences working in agile or hybrid agile delivery model.

·        Able to work in a team and plan own work as well as team’s activities.

·        Capable of working under own initiative, under pressure and to tight deadlines.
