Job Description
- Engaging with End Users and/or Business Partners to architect and propose appropriate solutions within CTM’s solutions portfolio
- Perform requirement studies, understanding all integration points and provide end-to-end solutions and services to match these requirements
- Conducting technical workshops, joint business discussions, presentations, demos and proof of concepts with partners and end-users.
- Engaged into implementation or managed service projects as a technical engineer to ensure projects are being implemented or supported effectively
- Work with Product Managers to prepare technical development plans and strategy, and to manage its overall execution.
- Perform related activities to achieve assigned KPIs and business objectives.
- Work as a team with all divisions and partners to ensure projects and opportunities are being managed and executed smoothly towards closure and delivery.
Job Requirements
- Candidate must possess at least a Diploma, Bachelor's Degree, in Computer Science/Information Technology or equivalent.
- Good communication skills with a good command of English and Bahasa Malaysia in both written and spoken and with strong capabilities in conducting workshops, delivering presentations and demos.
Additional Information
- Develop strong technical knowledge and understanding of products and solutions to position to end users and to business partners
- Perform Solutions Architect role in a Presales capacity during sales cycles with customers and manage these opportunities from a technical point of view
- Perform implementation and support at a technical level of engagement
- Ensure you obtained appropriate trainings and certifications on our solutions
- Activities involving workshops, presentations, POCs, demos and solutioning
- Ability to do hands-on technical proof-of-concepts or in certain cases, implementation services, if required.
- Ensure proposition of the right technical services for projects and opportunities.
