Job Description

1.Provide general administrative activities to the organisation include filing, data entry, typing and assisting in the management of communications and paperwork, and assisting with general reception and telephone duties.

2. Contribute towards the smooth running of the team

3. Maintain accurate records/documentation associated with your work.

4. Meet your targets and contribute to those of the team as a whole

5. Interact and co-operate with all members of the organisation

6. Assist in ad-hoc task as and when assigned by superior

Job Requirements

1. Candidate must possess or currently pursuing a Bachelor’s Degree in Administration, Office Admin or equivalent
2. Required language (s): English
3. Applicants must be willing to work in Jalan Kamuning (near to TRX MRT Station)
