Sales Assistant- Retail

As the Sales Assistant, you are the ambassador and primary contact point to our beloved customers in the outlet(s), you will be:

• Responsible of backroom and storeroom operations.
• Assisting Product Supervisor / Assistant Shop Manager on product receiving.
• Processing Product tagging at the backroom.
• Assisting on stock replenishment.
• Assisting on the product display arrangement in the shop.
• Assisting Product Supervisor to change price tags before and after sales.
• Assisting Product Supervisor to serve customer at sales floor.
• Backing up Product Supervisor/Cashier.
• And perform any other legal assignments as directed by immediate superior as and when required.

To be our Sales Assistant, you are:

• A Malaysian citizen
• willing to work on shift, weekends and public holidays
• willing to perform OT as and when required by operations 
• able to converse, read and write English & Malay, additional language is a plus
• willing to learn/ interested in retail management and operations
• posses positive customer service mindset
• willing to join us in the fight to reach our goals 
• a person who look for the possible in impossible.
