Job Requirements
- Malaysian, able to speak in English, Malay or Mandarin.
- Fresh graduates or min. 6 months to 1 year of customers service experience.
- Able to work on 24/7 rotational shift.
- Listening to the customers' needs and to update accordingly in CRM system.
- Candidates with pleasing personality, good communication skills and persuasive skills.
