Job Description

  • Manages the company’s customer loyalty program.
  • Retains and grows the total members of loyalty program by initiating Customer Relationship Management (CRM) activities to ensure sustainable business.
  • Recommend business strategy to the management by studying and analyzing consumer behaviors from the data of the loyalty program.
  • Maintains the CRM system by updating customers’ data and/or profile as well as ensuring data completeness and consistency, according to data standards conventions.
  • Prepare and plan CRM Calendar / project schedule to keep track progress and ensure complete within the deadline.
  • Conduct annual business review presentation professionally.

Job Requirements

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Business Studies/ Administration/ Management, Marketing, Statistics or equivalent.
  • Competent in using MS office (Word, Excel, Access, PowerPoint) and numerical analysis skills would be added advantage
  • Good presentation skills.
