Job Description
1. Application support and user training of laboratory analyzers to customers.
2. Conduct application support to sales team in pre-sales demonstrations and post-sales user training.
3. Conduct evaluation and correlation study.
Job Requirements

Diploma/Bachelor's Degree in BioChemistry, Medical Laboratory Technology, or related life sciences.

1-2 years working experience as Application Support Specialist, or in a Medical Laboratory will be an added advantage.

Self-initiative and able to work independently.

Able to analyze and troubleshoot problem effectively.

Communicate well in English/Bahasa and possess effective presentation skills.

Possess a vehicle and willing to travel.
