YOU WILL PLAY AN IMPORTANT ROLE IN:

1. Responsible for all marketing support-related task.
2. Update new products, promotions, flyers, and videos on Company Website.
3. Reply email inquiries and Instant Chat messenger daily.
4. Manage and upload new Product videos on YouTube.
5. Schedule and draft posts for new products, and promotions, and reply to inquiries and comments daily on Facebook.
6. Process advertisement applications and follow up with the salesperson on the progress.
7.  Manage and monitor marketing gift inventory and prepare for roadshow and seminar requests.
8.  Arrange delivery of marketing material to customers and branches.
9. Manage and update the media library
10. Search for a new vendor and request quotation, raise Purchase Requisition form, request PO & follow up with invoice.
11. Manage catalogue display at showroom & printed flyers on marketing support rack.
12. Assist in event, Regional Seminars and Roadshows whenever required
13. Assist on in-house printing, lamination, photocopy, spec cards, QR tag, promotion banner.
14. To execute superior ad-hoc basis project and assignment given.

TO BE SUCCESSFUL IN THIS ROLE, YOU WILL NEED TO HAVE:

1. Candidate must possess at least degree in marketing and economic or any other related fields;
2. Fresh graduates / candidates with minimum one (1) years of working experience in marketing are encouraged to apply;
3. Required skills: Microsoft Power Point, Words & Excel; any graphic design application software (Photoshop, Illustrator, etc)
4. Required language(s): English, Bahasa Malaysia and Mandarin is an added advantage.
