Job Description

Job Role

  • To assist on administration related work for hiring.
  • To coordinate and arrange interview.
  • To prepare test papers/forms for operator interview session.
  • To assist on management.
  • Assisting the HR department in human resource related activities within the workplace
  • Maintain employee records (soft and hard copies)
  • Update HR databases (e.g. new hires, HR tracking, and sick leaves)
  • Process employees’ requests and provide relevant information
  • Responsible in filing system and data entry
  • Tracking and maintain employee records
  • Prepare any ad-hoc task when necessary

Job Requirements



  • Candidate must possess at least a Diploma, Advanced/Higher/Graduate Diploma, Bachelor's Degree, Post Graduate Diploma or Professional Degree in Business Studies/ ICSA or its equivalent
  • Good communication in English and Bahasa Malaysia. Knowledge of Mandarin is added advantage
  • Must be computer literate
