Job Description

Job Responsibilities:
  • Attend to customers need
  • Registration and updating of customers record
  • Assist to ensure the smooth running of the centre
  • Assist to oversee the management of facilities and resources of the centre
  • Assist and overlook on vendor management, basic procurement of office, general HR duties, reconciliations, report preparations and general administration
  • Promote the centre’s services

Job Requirements

Job Requirements:
  • SPM/Diploma/Degree in any discipline
  • Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply
  • Proficient in MS Office application
  • Customer-oriented with good communication skills
  • Presentable with pleasant personality
  • High proficiency in MS Office application and internet savvy
  • Resourceful with high initiative and independent
  • Good command (both written and spoken) of English Language, Bahasa Malaysia and Mandarin is required
