Job Responsibilities:
- Attend to customers need
- Registration and updating of customers record
- Assist to ensure the smooth running of the centre
- Assist to oversee the management of facilities and resources of the centre
- Assist and overlook on vendor management, basic procurement of office, general HR duties, reconciliations, report preparations and general administration
- Promote the centre’s services
Job Requirements
Job Requirements:
- SPM/Diploma/Degree in any discipline
- Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply
- Proficient in MS Office application
- Customer-oriented with good communication skills
- Presentable with pleasant personality
- High proficiency in MS Office application and internet savvy
- Resourceful with high initiative and independent
- Good command (both written and spoken) of English Language, Bahasa Malaysia and Mandarin is required
