Job Description

POSITION SUMMARY: The Customer Service Specialist (CSS) role is to resolve customer complaints via phone. The CSP is required to greet customers warmly and ascertain problems or reasons for calling. The CSS is also required to assist customers in their inquiries.


  • Interact with customers via telephone to provide information and assistance
  • Professionally handle a high volume of inquiries from customers
  • Achieve productivity standards and goals while maintaining the highest level of customer service
  • Able to resolve the calls within the agreed SLA (Service Level Agreement)
  • You will be accountable for meeting individual (KPIs) and team goals
  • Must demonstrate a high degree of integrity and confidentiality – Maintain confidentiality of customer information at all times
  • Undertake any other duties as and when assigned by the Management

Job Requirements

  • Must possess minimum SPM
  • Minimum 1- 2 years experience in a similar capacity
  • Experience in customer service roles is desirable.
  • Past working experience in contact/call center are encouraged to apply
  • Good command of spoken and written Mandarin and English
  • Personality traits – Good attitude, enthusiastic, detail-oriented, responsible, trustworthy, ethical and goal-focused
  • Customer service skills – Attentiveness, empathy, patience and consistency, persuasive, immaculate telephone manners, and communication skills
  • Stress tolerance and ability to work under pressure
  • Rotational shift basis (1 PM - 12 AM); able to work on public holidays and weekends
  • Required to have own transportation arrangement
