-Responsible for providing administrative support (Front desk and back end support) in the office.
-Updating Phone Directory
-To attend all guest/ vistors professionally and in a helpful manner
-To handle all incoming phone calls & and transfer the call to the respective individual/ department
-To maintain the reception area/ meeting rooms area in the interest of upholding the corporate image
-Responsible for office facilities, handling company correspondences & monitoring the dispatch
and record in and outgoing mail
-Handling and monitoring for office purchases and inventory (i.e. stationery, pantry goods, printers) and office maintenance (e.g aircond service, printer repair).
-Liaise with external parties include dealers, supplier & Preparing the Internal Purchase Order
-Handling for company apartment tenancy & utilities
-Responsible for company insurance matters (i.e. building, leasing, car, travel)
-Dealing with a statutory body on the company business license and others related (i.e. MPS, DBKL)
-Responsible for traveling requirements by the employee (Room booking/ Special Occasion for Dinner @, Lunch)
-Update standard operating procedure from time to time and other ad-hoc task required
