Job Description

  • Provides administrative support to ensure efficient operation of the office.
  • Answers phone calls, schedules meetings, and supports visitors.
  • Administrative duties include filing, typing, copying, binding, scanning etc.
  • Completes operational requirements by scheduling and assigning organisational projects and expediting work results.
  • Exhibits polite and professional communication via phone, e-mail, and mail.
  • Supports team by performing tasks related to organization and strong communication.
  • Take dictation and minutes and accurately enter data.
  • Prepare reports and presentations with statistical data as assigned
  • Distribute and store correspondence
  • Monitor office supply levels; reorder when appropriate.
  • Preparing the Delivery Order & Invoices using UBS system

Job Requirements

  • Candidate must possess at least STPM/"A" Level/Pre-U and above
  • Required language(s): Bahasa Malaysia, English, Mandarin
  • Required Skill(s): Microsoft Office
  • Preferably Entry Level specialized in Clerk / Administrative Support or equivalent.
  • Working hours: 8.30 am to 5.30 pm, Monday to Saturday
