Job Description

Job Responsibilities:

  • Evaluate and implement improvements on digital strategy.
  • Research the latest digital tools and interactive trends.
  • Optimize SEO (search engine optimization).
  • Create integrated and cost effective digital strategies.
  • Drive value for the organization.
  • Analyze and report on digital campaigns.
  • Analyze customer and user data.
  • Engage with clients, sales teams, and management.
  • Map out how digital assets will be optimized for business results.
  • Define and action digital events.
  • Manage social media posting on Instagram and Facebook
  • Have knowledge on handling Facebook ADS Manager, Instagram Business Manager and Instagram Promote Tools
  • Well aware of current trends to create relative post
  • Write high-engagement social media content that reflects our brand’s voice
  • Collaborate with Marketing, PR and Customer Experience to develop a variety of content marketing materials
  • Produce error-free content that adheres to the company’s style guidelines
  • Interpret creative direction and adapt points from creative briefs into persuasive copy concepts
  • Simultaneously manage multiple projects with short deadlines
  • Propose copy concepts and present underlying strategic thinking to business leaders

Job Requirements

Requirements:

  • Diploma or Bachelor Degree in Advertising, Marketing, Communication Science or equivalent.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Firm grasp of emerging digital tools.
  • Thorough understanding of digital touch points.
  • Excellent interpersonal skills.
  • Insightful and perceptive.
  • Business knowledge.
  • Deadline driven.
  • Understanding of web analytics.
  • Possess broad knowledge of best digital practices.
  • Demonstrated success in managing a business social media presence
  • Experience in producing copy for digital, print and broadcast channels
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office software, including Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Communicator and Outlook
  • Social media writing, including the use of hashtags, emojis and acronyms
  • Solid understanding of SEO concepts preferred
