Job Description

  • Assisting Chief Merger & Acquisition Officer on matters pertaining to Group Merger & Acquisition.
  • Multitasking, not only secretarial job but other departmental work.
  • Able to attend to Ad-Hoc & robust works.
  • Ability to prepare market research reports based on the research conducted for the team.
  • Ability to prepare and conduct presentations independently to the team.
  • Able / have experience in project report, slide presentation, have a basic knowledge of financial statement.
  • Prepare a variety of written materials (e.g. memo, letters, e-mails, reports, proposals, resolutions, forms, spreadsheets, calendars, project deadlines, minutes of meeting, etc) for the purpose of documenting activities, written reference and conveying information.
  • Develop, implement and maintain a structured filing systems, cross reference system, database management, etc to ensure quick and accurate retrieval of various records pertinent to the team.
  • Maintain a variety of manual and electronic records and/or files for the purpose of documenting activities, providing reliable information and complying with Company policies.

Job Requirements

  • Possess Degree in Business Administration, Finance/Accounting or Law. preferably with foreign universities.
  • Fresh graduate are most encourage to apply.
  • Young and energetic person with age between 23 – 35 years old.
  • Able to attend to Ad-Hoc & robust works.
  • Able to have flexible working hours upon request.
  • Preferably candidates around Kuala Lumpur.
