(IMMEDIATE HIRING!)
We are looking for motivated and passionate individuals to join our Graduate Apprentice Program (GAP). We are currently offering talented individuals an opportunity to work with us for a three (3) or six (6) months internship-based program. Through GAP, we are looking to place trainees from finance, accounts, and business administration background with responsibilities as below.
A) Finance Graduate Apprentice
- To handle accounting daily work such as maintaining the company’s accounting record, data entry into the accounting system, filing and payments
- Organize and manage stationeries orders for the company.
- Preparation of official receipts for all companies.
- Assist in preparing the groundwork for the monthly management meeting.
- Supporting the team with finance/accounts operations matters.
- Provide general accounting support (Account Receivable & Account Payable)
- Perform any other ad-hoc task given by superiors.
B) Business Admin cum PA Graduate Apprentice
- Performing a broad variety of business operations and administrative tasks.
- Assist in the preparation of regularly scheduled reports, paper works and tracking.
- To handle daily incoming and outgoing communications, including email and telephone inquiries quickly and professionally.
- Managing calendars and organizing meetings and appointments.
- Handle ad-hoc tasks assigned by superior from time to time.
- Typing, compiling and preparing reports, presentations and correspondence.
- Other tasks assigned by the superiors.
Job Requirements
Minimum Requirement:
- Must possess or currently pursuing Bachelor’s Degree in Business Studies / Finance/Accountancy or equivalent.
- Minimum GCPA of 3.00 and above.
- Language required: English and Bahasa Malaysia.
- Responsible, work hard, proactive, polite, and pleasant personality.
- Able to work independently and multi-task.
- Well-versed in the Microsoft Office Package
- Able to start work immediately or with short notice would be an advantage. (July/Aug Intake)
- Possess initiative, integrity, resourcefulness and ability to maintain confidentiality at all times.
- Proven track record in extracurricular activities.
- Fresh graduates are also encouraged to apply.
