Job Description

  • To provide relevant correspondence accurately and on time and handle all inquiries accurately and promptly.
  • To co-ordinate client needs with relevant staff and departments.
  • To oversee and execute filing.
  • To type quotations and reply inquiries.
  • To minute meetings when necessary.
  • To handle phone inquiries and follow through.
  • To maintain close working relationship with other departments.
  • To conduct hotel inspection for walk-in guests.
  • To entertain clients on behalf of Senior / Manager.
  • To participate in various promotions.
  • To undertake any other job assignments given by the Senior / Manager.
  • To perform any other duties as directed by the Management.
  • To assume any other duties that may be assigned from time to time.

Job Requirements

  • Diploma or Degree holder in Hotel Catering Management, Marketing or secretarial course.
  • Proficiency in spoken and written English and Bahasa Malaysia with effective communication skill essentials.
  • Computer literate.
