Job Description

Human Resources

  • Assist day to day operations of the HR functions and duties
  • To support in employee engagement and branding activities
  • Be actively involved in recruitment by preparing job descriptions, posting ads and managing the hiring process
  • Updating the in-company data with new staff information like personal details and employment related documents.
  • Support the management of disciplinary and grievance issues
  • Maintain employee records (attendance, punctuality etc) according to policy
  • Assist HR Manager and HR Personnel on ad hoc assignments

Sales & Marketing

  • Assist in preparing proposals and contracts
  • Prepare meeting minutes
  • Assist in sales report
  • Other related duties under the supervision of manager.


  •  Assist in the preparation of monthly financial and management reports 
  •  Assist in developing and maintaining work procedures
  • Other duties that are considered within the scope of the position

Job Requirements

  • Possess or currently pursuing a Diploma or Bachelor's Degree in Hotel Management or equivalent.
  • Possesses a pleasant personality, well-groomed and presentable with good communication and interpersonal skills
  • Good or reasonable command of English and Bahasa Malaysia, written and spoken.
  • Must be vaccinated: 2 doses or Booster
