Internship: Front Office, Housekeeping, F&B, Kitchen

Front Office

• To offer a warm welcome to all guests and to ensure that they enjoy their stay being offered the finest personal service.
• Attends to all guests approaching the front desk for check-in/check-out, inquiries, key handling and all related matters while respecting the hotel standards policies and procedures. 
• Other related duties under the supervision of Supervisor/Duty Manager.
  
  

Housekeeping

• Clean rooms such as making beds, cleaning toilets, showers/tubs, countertops, sinks, mirrors, walls, and windows.
• Refill guest room supplies, including linen, amenities, and collateral.
• Carry linen, both clean and soiled, from guest rooms to landing areas for sorting purposes.
• Keep all guest rooms/balconies neat, vacuumed and dusted.
• Other related duties under the supervision of Supervisors/Managers.
  
  

Food & Beverages

• Work in all areas of Food & Beverage service operations including restaurant, banqueting and room service.
• Greet visitors warmly; consistently demonstrate high levels of customer service.
• Interact with customers, take, and serve their orders.
• Assess customers’ needs and preferences and make recommendations.
• Other related duties under the supervision of Supervisor/Manager.

Kitchen

• Work in all areas of kitchen
• To prepare daily mis en place, according to work lists or verbal instructions given by the Chef
• Ensures that all acquired items are ready to go, well before service.
• Other related duties under the supervision of Supervisor/Manager.

• Possess or currently pursuing a Diploma or Bachelor's Degree in Hotel Management or equivalent.
• Possesses a pleasant personality, well-groomed and presentable with good communication and interpersonal skills
• Good or reasonable command of English and Bahasa Malaysia, written and spoken.
• Ability to work flexible schedule and various shifts
• Must be vaccinated: 2 doses or Booster
