Provide administrative support and assistance to the Department
Assisting in processing documents, organizing invoices and receipts, uploading photos and reviews of customers, and other related administrative jobs.
Assist in managing customer service by dealing with incoming calls and messages from the customers; answer queries, sort out complaints and provide advice and informations to customers regarding goods and services
Process financial transactions using the telephone or electronic communications media such as email.
Identifying requirements and entering events into a computer system;
Sending letters, information sheets, and other documents to clients;
Assisting in all matters pertaining to the retailing and logistics
Located in a premise that may be remote from clients or other operations of the organizations or companies about whom information is provided.
Meet the below requirements, and be able to work onMonday to Saturday,from 9:00am until 6:00pm
