Coordinate invoice submission and follow-up payment.

Preparation of invoice to main-contractor and follow-up payment.

Prepare bi-monthly revenue report.

Update invoice summary for every contract.

Monitor invoice schedule, forecast and cost disbursement.

To assist in tender evaluation/bidding process.

To assist in the tracking and documenting of Project documentation for the department.

Undertake all other duties, tasks and responsibilities as required by the management.

Job Requirements

At least 1 year of relevant working experience in the related field is required.

Ability to manage multiple priorities.

Fresh graduate are encouraged to apply

Positive disposition, self-motivated and resourceful with proven ability to multitask and operate successfully under tight deadlines.
