Job Description

RESPONSIBILITY:

· Handle inquiries via Incoming Calls/Emails/Social Media about leading retail pharmacy's services & products

· Patiently listen to customer's inquiries or problems

· Deliver polite and accurate responses to customers in a timely manner

· Foster and build relationships with the customer

· Follow company procedures, guidelines and policies set

· to serve the Malaysian market

· Working hours: 5 days a week, Monday - Friday, 9 am - 630 pm

· MUST BE WILLING TO WORK DURING WEEKENDS (Extra Allowance for weekenders)

Job Requirements

REQUIREMENTS:

· Fresh DIPLOMA/DEGREE HOLDERS are encouraged to apply

· Required skill(s): Strong Communication Skill & able to Multi Task

· EXCELLENT command of English (spoken & written)

· Dynamic, energetic and result-oriented team player with good interpersonal skill

· Applicant must be well versed with online shopping/retail

· Experienced in retail/call center industry is an added advantage

· Preferably with 1-3 years of customer service experience

· MUST BE ABLE TO START IMMEDIATELY!!

· MUST BE WILLING TO BE BASED IN SECT 13, PETALING JAYA
