Job Description:

  1. Responsible for managing all our social media presence including Facebook, Twitter, Instagram, Official Website, You tube and etc.,

  2. Develop and manage digital marketing campaigns across all digital platforms

  3. Oversee social media strategies for better brand visibility, exposures and sales conversion

  4. Track and analyze digital marketing performances via analytics tools (such as Google Analytics, WebTrends and etc.,) and provide regular internal reports.

  5. Create, manage and oversee pay per click (PPC) ads (Google Ads, Facebook Ads, Instagram Ads, You tube and etc.,)

  6. Conduct competitive analyses, in-depth market research and generate customer avatars in order to identify risks and opportunities in the market

  7. Attain key performance indicators to improve customers conversion and engagement

  8. Identify new trends in digital marketing, evaluate new technologies and ensure the brand is at the forefront of industry developments, particularly developments in mobile marketing

  9. Support marketing team in all events including photo shooting, life video coverage and other ad hoc duties as assigned

  10. Assist in company’s marketing events and activities when needed.

  11. Initiate and provide support to the Marketing department and direct superior

  12. Planning digital marketing campaigns, including web, SEO/SEM, email, social media and display advertising

  13. Maintaining our social media presence across all digital channels.

  14. To prepare monthly, quarterly and half yearly reports which tracks and analyse the KPIs of the company for future improvements

  15. Assist in the formulation of strategies to build a lasting digital connection with consumers

  16. Plan and monitor the ongoing company presence on social media (Twitter, Facebook etc.)

  17. Launch optimized online adverts through Google Adwords, Facebook etc. to increase company and brand awareness

  18. Be actively involved in SEO efforts (keyword, image optimization etc.)

  19. Prepare online newsletters and promotional emails and organize their distribution through various channels

  20. Provide creative ideas for content marketing and update website

  21. Collaborate with designers to improve user experience

  22. Measure performance of digital marketing efforts using a variety of Web analytics tools (Google Analytics, WebTrends etc.)

  23. Maintain partnerships with media agencies and vendors

Job Requirements

Job Requirements:

  1. 2+ years of marketing experience, preferably in glove or manufacturing industry or equivalent.

  2. Required language(s): Mandarin, English and Bahasa Malaysia

  3. Experience in digital marketing (FB Ads, Adwords, SEO and etc.,) is necessary

  4. Required Skills(s): PPC, SEO Digital Ads, Google Analytic, Wordpress and HTML Experience in Search Engine Marketing (SEM)

  5. Additional knowledge in SCO, Adobe Photoshop/Illustrator & AI skills is advantage

  6. Preferably Senior Executive specialized in Digital Marketing

  7. Strong written and verbal communication skills

  8. Create content for marketing purpose

  9. Good teamwork skill, strong interpersonal and communication skill, network ability, adaptability, good organization and planning skill, creative writing skill and commercial awareness

  10. Video editing skill (will be an advantage) but not necessary

  11. Outstanding communication and problem-solving skill.

  12. Ability to juggle multiple projects at once in a fast-paced, results oriented environment

  13. Energetic, friendly and self-motivated attitude


  1. Need to be good at handling tome-sensitive projects and working to deadlines

  2. Acquire insight in online marketing trends and keep strategies up-to-date

  3. Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor Degree or Master in, Mass Communication, Marketing, Advertising, or equivalent.

  4. Candidate must be able to speak English, Bahasa.

  5. Excellent verbal and written communication skills with the ability to make quality, formal presentations.

  6. At least 3 year of working experience in B2B digital advertising & media & the related field is required for this position.

  7. Experience in approaching Corporate & SME with different industry of business.

  8. Experience in Digital marketing solution & architecture such as social media marketing, search marketing, mobile marketing, email marketing, e-commerce, messenger marketing & other online media marketing.

  9. Sales oriented, understand industry requirement & challenge.

  10. Experience in Pitching process include proposal generating.

  11. Active, ambitious, cautious, creative, curious, logical, organized, perfectionist & precise.

  12. Candidate must have strong interest in Digital Marketing sales / account servicing.
