Job Description

To oversee the maintenance and security of the BAC Mansion
• To plan and coordinate all installations (telecommunications, electricity etc.).
• To manage the upkeep of equipment’s and supplies to meet health and safety standards
• To inspect building structures in order to determine the need for repairs or renovations.
• To control activities like parking space allocation, waste disposal and building security of the Hostel
• Building maintenance (mechanical & electrical)
• Procure and renew M & A contracts
• To liaise with the accommodation and logistics executive on student check in and check out details
• Other duties as assigned

 

Job Requirements

• SPM/ Diploma
• Excellent communication skills, both written and spoken.
• Strong interpersonal skills are essential in the dealings with students, parents and staff.
• Experience working in a busy and demanding student-centric environment.
• Able to work independently and against tight deadlines.
