Job Description

Maintaining all the spare parts and computer equipment records.
Provide CMS support
Prepare and plan for new hardware purchases if necessary.
Working closely with vendor to check on hardware availability.
Plan and monitoring the IT equipment maintenance, services and transactions.
Administer and supervise all computers
Support and maintaining all PC and machines
To provide technical assistance to staff whenever it is required
To submit a monthly status and maintenance report to the Head of Department
IT solutions pertaining to enhancing the company's infrastructure and IT capacity
To perform return merchandise authorization tracking, requests for quotations, warranty claims and services for all related hardware with vendors and suppliers.
To maintain optimum operation of all computers.
To maintain the condition of LCD projectors.
To monitor, trouble shoot, install and upgrade software in all computers.
To report to Head of Department immediately for further action if any device found out of order, missing or in a bad condition.

Job Requirements

A recognized degree in IT
At least 2 years of working experience in higher education.
Excellent communication skills, both written and spoken.
Strong interpersonal skills are essential in the dealings with students and staff.
Experience working in a busy and demanding student-centric environment.
Able to work independently and against tight deadlines.
