Job Description

Job Description:

  • Develop ecommerce and store sales strategies to meet revenue and growth targets.
  • Driving the sales performance of the e-commerce channel (Website, Mobile App, Shopify ,Lazada & Shopee).
  • Implement and utilize analytics to track sales trends and identify opportunities for growth.
  • Analyze past sales, identify trends, action on fast and slow-moving inventory.
  • Use key learnings from own campaigns or competitor promotional and marketing campaigns to drive own e-commerce and store growth.
  • Plan and execute online campaigns and projects, to drive sales to meet budget.
  • Plan and monitor online ecommerce platform paid search marketing campaigns and partner with ecommerce vendors to leverage all marketing opportunities.
  • Work with ecommerce channels to gain commitment and support to secure campaigns leads.
  • Perform regular audits to ensure pricing is accurate and that products are categorized correctly. Set a process to check and approve all price uploads, to avoid price setting errors.
  • Checks and verifies that all product listings have accurate and high-quality images, graphics, and content.
  • Ensure stocks availability with secure stocks through a robust forecasting process.
  • To perform Day-to-day management of E-Commerce sites’ operation (content/promotions/products).
  • To ensure smooth fulfilment process with excellent customer satisfaction, and resolve all delivery issues in a timely manner.
  • Responsible to develop and carry out strategic online marketing plans for company own web store and all related marketplace.
  • Responsible for determining the format and features of the company website in order to maximize clarity and ease of negotiation for customers.
  • Liaises with 3rd party marketplaces for all promotion and campaign activities.
  • Analyses effectiveness of each promotion campaign and follow up on future planning.
  • Knowledge in analytical tool for tracking sales trend and provide in-depth data analysis on products and consumer.
  • Ensure enough stock quantity for all Hero product at all time and maintain a well balance products listing.
  • Ensure all products upload and sync with full description within given time frame. Planning on new and existing products upload and removal respectively.
  • Explore new product categories or type of new Hero products.
  • Provide sales data  to management on daily basis.
  • Analyses on conversation rate, web store traffic, page view, cancelled order, return order, unpaid order, etc. with follow up action.
  • Optimize all sales tool and provide training to sales team.
  • Set budget for sales, database, follower and to plan for e-marketing expenditures in advance and develop plan to maximize sales and profit.
  • Responsible to all social media and A&P related to e-commerce activities and offline activities. Ensure social media follower target achieved.
  • Liaise with 3rd party agencies for influencer, KOL (Key Opinion Leader) and other related personnel engagement.
  • Personally involve in product photo shooting activities or thru photography agency with or without model engagement.
  • Planning and implement online Brands awareness campaign with other marketing activities.
  • Ensure all database are well organize, keep and fully utilize for marketing activities.
  • Planning on email and mobile marketing with relevant contents for online and offline activities.
  • Provide training on customer service skill to sales team in order to provide the best service to customer. Fully assist in using chat services to grow sales.
  • Prepare and assist on live streaming activities and liaise with 3rd party organizer.
  • Planning and liaise with 3rd party logistic partner.    
  • Creating and executing effective lead generation strategies, marketing campaigns execution using digital marketing tools such as Facebook, Instagram, etc.
  • Handling in contents, photos, and relevant information to the Company Website, Facebook, and Social Media Applications.
  • Managing digital marketing funnel to improve conversion and other campaign objectives.
  • Devising digital marketing strategy to drive traffic and lead generations to drive revenue.
  • Design, build and maintain our social media presence.
  • Analytics, measure and report performance of all digital marketing campaigns, and assess against goals (ROI and KPIs) will be used to better optimize future marketing campaigns.
  • Manage leads for the campaigns and create an ongoing schedule of content. Identify any deliverability issues, monitor performance, and make adjustments accordingly.
  • Completes digital marketing department operational requirements by scheduling and assigning employees and following up on work results.
  • Identify trends and insights, and optimize spend and performance based on the insights.
  • Work with sales team to brainstorm new and innovative growth strategies.

  • Work closely with the marketing, warehouse & inventory teams to ensure smooth operations of online store, including order fulfillment, logistic arrangement, inventory update and product listing.
  • Search, recommend, and seek approvals for new online sales channels.
  • Contribute towards sales escalation through different and unique strategies.
  • Monitoring market trends and identifying new media opportunities in line with business and client considerations; 
  • Establishing practices within the digital team to streamline implementation and reporting.

 

Job Requirements

  • Candidates must have a minimum of a Bachelor's Degree in Marketing or relevant studies. 
  • Ability to communicate well in both written English and Bahasa Malaysia.
  • At least 3 Year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position.
  • Good knowledge in working with 3rd party E-Commerce portal such as Shopee, Lazada, Shopify, etc. with proven track record on sales achievement.
  • Proven track record of online campaign success and conversion of leads to revenue.
  • Proficient in analytics tools – Google Analytics.
  • Proactive team player, highly organized and efficient with a can-do attitude.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office, Facebook, Digital Marketing, YouTube, Instagram and/or other social media platforms.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication and presentation skills.
  • Skill and experience in creative content writing.
  • Understand and experience in UX, Adobe Photoshop, InDesign, Dreamweaver, and Google Analytics. Macromedia Flash,CANVA
  • Knowledge of digital marketing channels such as PPC, SEO, Social Media Display, and affiliate marketing channels.
  • Proficient in analytics tools – Google Analytics.

  • Develop and implement e-commerce strategy. Work with developers to improve website performance.
  • Work with the sales team or manage digital marketers in order to improve quality and traffic acquisition.
  • Re-platforming website strategy to new CMS, making website mobile capable and performing.
  • Research market in order to discover new trends and technologies in order to improve website performance.
  • Analyze various data in order to deliver data driven strategies for top performance and KPI’s achievement.
  • Oversee or directly manage digital marketing channels across PPC, SEO, Display, email marketing and social media.
  • Develop content calendar and oversee website uploads and landing pages development.
