Job Description

  • To handle full set accounts to ensure accurate and reliable of accounting records.
  • Responsible for day to day accounts jobs & office administration works, ie works related to AP, AR and Admin, such as data entry, issue CN/Payment, do reconciliations of banks and cash balances, filing & etc.
  • Perform all banking related duties.
  • Maintain balance sheet schedules and posting journal entry into accounting system.
  • Update on cash flow position and monitor debtor/creditor aging.
  • Liaise with external auditors, tax agents, secretary, bankers and other statutory authorities.
  • Handle in audit matters and tax computation and HR duties.
  • Perform other ad-hoc duties assigned by Director

Job Requirements

  • Candidate must possess at least Professional Certificate, Diploma/Advanced/Higher/Graduate Diploma, Bachelor's Degree/Post Graduate Diploma/Professional Degree in Finance/Accountancy/Banking or equivalent.
  • Required language(s): Bahasa Malaysia, English, Mandarin
  • At least 1 Year of working experience in the related field is required for this position.
  • Preferably Junior Executive specialized in Finance - General/Cost Accounting or equivalent.
  • Computer literate eg. Microsoft Word, Excel, SQL Accounting & Payroll Software’s.
  • Able to work independently with minimum supervision.
