Job Description

  • Work closely with the Operation Executive to oversee daily business operations
  • Perform support duties such as generating reports, filing documents, compiling of customer feedback and attend to customer complaints if any.
  • To involve in daily administration works in the office.
  • Responsible for enforcing company policies and procedures within the office
  • Liaise with different departments to improve performance and work efficiency
  • Compile sales reports and distribute them to relevant departments
  • Attending to any correspondence and emails by clients
  • To carry out any ad-hoc assignments as assigned by the superior.

Job Requirements

  • Candidate must possess at least Diploma/ Bachelor’s Degree in any field.
  • Experience in a business work environment (preferred).
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Required language: English, Bahasa Malaysia.
  • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
